Spaghetti alla marinara.Spaghetti alla marinara - Ingredients for 8 person

- 1 kg "spaghetti" pasta;

- 50 ml olive oil;

- 3 tbl tomato paste;

- 70 gr red pepper pod, seeded;

- 700 gr of tomatoes peeled;

- 5 gr parsley chopped;

- 100 gr grated Parmesan cheese;

- 2 garlic cloves , sliced;

- Salt;

- Oregano;

- Basil.

 

 

Method: 

1. Heat oil in a fry pan over medium heat and gently fry the garlic and red pepper. When garlic is golden, remove pan from heat and allow to cool a little.

Add tomatoes crushing them slightly. Add parsley, basil, and salt and cook over low flame about 30 minute. Add oregano and tomato paste, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer and cook for about 15 minutes or until thickened. 

 

2. Cook spaghetti until "al dente", drai and place on serving dish. Pour sauce over spaghetti, mix lightly and serve at once.
